I’ve been writing non-fiction for years, both as an editor for the community, and as a self-publish information broker. My leanings have changed in my work where I have started more data mining endeavors and am now on the look out for sources of real fact based reporting. Hence the bookmark of this site. Science 2.0 was created in 2006 to modernize science communication, publishing, collaboration and public participation. It is a pro-science educational outreach nonprofit operating under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Dan grew up in Toronto, Ontario and met his wife Carol of 25 years. They moved to the outskirts of Vancouver, British Columbia in the early ‘90’s where they raised four sons. Now a new grandfather, he is more than ever inspired to help educate people to properly prepare for emergencies.
